Test Images


Short elliptic cylinder images (D_min/D_max/L = 45/55/64)

1)  Synthetic one vessel 3D binary image (400x400x80) without noise (Cylinder.tar.gz).
Image is in the Analyze75 format with 8 bit unsigned char (Little Endian) pixel type (19.8 KB).
Background is set to "0" and foreground to "255".

2)  Its negative signed Euclidean Distance Map image (sEDT.tar.gz).
Image is in Analyze75 format with float
(Little Endian) pixel type (26.3 MB).

3)  Its Centerline image (Centerline.tar.gz).
Image is in Analyze75 format with 8 bit unsigned char (Little Endian) pixel type (17.2 KB).



Long cylinder images (D/L = 10/64)

1) Synthetic one vessel 3D binary image (256x256x64, w/o caps) without noise. The archive was packed
so that it includes the vessel, its negative signed Euclidean Distance Map (EDM), and its centerline images. The vessel is in the Analyze75 format with 8 bit unsigned char (Little Endian) pixel type.
Background is set to "0" and foreground to "255". The EDM image is in Analyze75 format with float (Little Endian) pixel type and its centerline image is in Analyze75 format with 8 bit unsigned char (Little Endian) pixel type (7.6 MB) (No_caps.tar.gz).

2) Similar to above. Synthetic one vessel 3D binary image (256x256x70, with caps on both sides) without noise. The archive was packed so that it includes the vessel, its negative signed Euclidean Distance Map (EDM), and its centerline images (8.3 MB) (With_caps.tar.gz).

1) Synthetic six vessel 3D image (512x512x64) without noise. The image is in the Analyze75 format
with 16 bit

2) Synthetic six vessel 3D image (512x512x64) with Gaussian noise added. The image is in the Analyze75
format with 16 bit
